CC&R Draft Packet. Updated Community Declaration of Covenants. Please Review. The draft will be discussed at the upcoming HOA Annual Meeting on November 30th. Shared Maintenance Agreement Packet. Draft agreement for homeowners who live on a common shared driveway. The packet includes a fillable ballot form at the end of the packet to make your selection.

Speed Limit Reduction Petition. To help keep our community safe we have a petition to Harris County Precinct 3 to reduce the neighborhood speed limit from 30 mph to 20 mph. Please download the fillable form to sign and email or mail it back. We need at least 51% of all residents and homeowners to approve.
